Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%
The oxidizing emulsion is intended to mix with these products:
– Signature eyebrow tinting system «Smart Brow Tinting System»
– ÉLAN brow gel tint
– Ultramarine brow bleaching powder
– Carbon brow bleaching powder

BROW TINTING STAGES
1) Preparation
Use ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to degrease the hairs and skin before tinting or shaping. Remove any residue with a cotton pad dampened with water.
2) Brow shaping
Shape the eyebrows using a suitable product to outline the desired shape.
3) Preparing the tinting mixture
Mix the author's «Smart Brow Tinting System» or ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint with the 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic bowl.
For deeper or more saturated shades, or to create a new colour, add the «Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0» according to this ratio:
Eyebrow tint (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = complete tinting mixture (100%)
4) Applying the tint
Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows based on the previously shaped outline. For the «Smart Brow Tinting System», leave it on for 5-10 minutes; for the ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint, leave it for 5-15 minutes. Once the time is up, remove the excess tint with a cotton pad dampened with water. If the tint extends beyond the desired shape, correct it with a cotton swab soaked in ÉLAN REMOVER.
5) Finalizing
To seal the colour, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows.
PRECAUTIONS
The tint and booster concentrate contain phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), and resorcinol.
Conduct an allergy test 48 hours before use: mix 2 drops of the tint and oxidizing emulsion and apply to a small area on the inside of the elbow. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation, proceed with the tinting.
For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions carefully. Not for individuals under 16. Temporary black henna tattoos can increase allergy risk.
Do not use the tint if you have:
- a rash, sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp
- experienced a reaction after hair colouring
- had a reaction to temporary «black henna» tattoos
Wear protective gloves and avoid using metal tools. This product is not for lash tinting. For external use only. Avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after use. Consult a dermatologist if an allergic reaction occurs.
BROW BLEACHING STAGES
Mix the 3.5% Oxidizing Emulsion from the ÉLAN professional line with carbon or ultramarine powder in a 2:1 ratio (two parts oxidizing emulsion to one part powder).
Apply the bleaching mixture first to the thicker hairs, then use a brush to spread it evenly over the brows. Leave the mixture on for 3-15 minutes, depending on the desired result and hair thickness.
Once the desired lightness is achieved, remove the mixture with a cotton pad dampened with water. For a lighter shade, repeat the process.
To complete the reaction, apply ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad.
Finish by applying «COLOUR FIX 2.0» Colour Fixing Fluid, which contains keratin and sunflower seed oil, to the eyebrows. Tone or tint as needed.
IMPORTANT: After bleaching, do not proceed with standard eyebrow tinting procedures. Using eyebrow dye and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio will result in black eyebrows.
STORAGE: store in a dry place, out of reach of children, between +5°C and +25°C. Keep away from direct sunlight.
