CANCELATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation, Return or Refund
- In case the Product is found to be defected, we will refund the amount to the extent allowed under applicable law, to the buyer.
- We offer a ten (10) day return back policy in case the Product is found defected. However, we do not accept:
- Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear;
- Products that have been used or altered, unless they are defective;
- Accessories, if their packaging has been opened, unless they are defective;
- Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please return your Products in their original packaging, within seven (7) days of delivery with their respective tags and labels attached to it. You will ensure that you have included the original invoice and all the items that were delivered with your order to you.
In case the Product is severely damaged, lost or never shipped, the liability is lies with the courier company. We will assist you in claiming damages from the courier company.
- Any refunds approved under our refund policy may be subjected to a small fee for payment gateway which will be deducted from the total amount paid initially through the Site to us before the remaining amount is refunded.
- Shipping/delivery charges are fixed costs which cannot be refunded.
- We will send the refund to the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. The time taken for the funds to reach your account will depend on your respective bank account.
- In case of business entities instead of individual, they would also have an option to directly pick-up the orders placed with the Site, from the Site facility. For the direct pick-ups from the facility, the business entities would be informed about estimated date of pick-up with the order.
- To return your Product, you should mail your Product to:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
- Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Cancelation Policy
- For cancellations, please contact customer service. The shipping fee will not be refunded once the order has already been dispatched from the warehouse.
- If, for some reason, you need to cancel some items on your order prior to dispatch, please contact customer service.
- We reserve our exclusive right to cancel your order(s) if:
- You fail to pay us when it is due;
- If the order/ payment made is suspected of fraud;
- If, as a result of our request, you don't provide us with the information needed to provide the Products within a reasonable period of time;
- Despite our reasonable efforts, you do not allow us to deliver or collect the Products from us within a reasonable timeframe;
- You attempt to place a bulk or multi-order purchase for the purpose of reselling it without our prior knowledge;
- We are unable to fulfil the order(s) due to a lack of stock availability. We will immediately notify you to offer alternatives or process a refund, whichever is applicable;
- If we find an error in the price or Product details, we will notify you and as if you wish to proceed with the order or receive a refund; or
- If there are shipping restrictions.
