Deep Brow Tint 2.0 04 ICY cold brown (20 ml)
«Deep Brow Tint 2.0» is an essential element of the signature SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM. This tint ensures rich colour saturation for brow hairs while simultaneously nourishing them throughout the procedure.
It is designed to be used with the system’s Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, as well as the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%, for optimal results.
The colour base of the «Deep Brow Tint 2.0» 04 ICY — green.
The formula includes a sunflower seed extract complex, Heliogenol™, which enhances hairs care during the tinting process.
The prepared tinting mixture maintains a neutral pH, ensuring the procedure is gentle on the hairs and does not dry out the skin.
Additionally, the tint features a pleasant fragrance, making the application more comfortable.
For best results, mix with ÉLAN Oxidizing Emulsion 2% or 3.5%:
Oxidizing Emulsion 2% creates a softer, more natural shade while keeping the hairs from darkening.
Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5% delivers a richer, more intense colour on both the skin and hairs.

STAGES OF EYEBROW TINTING
1) Preparation for the tinting procedure
Use «ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE» to degrease the hairs and skin before eyebrow tinting or shaping procedures. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2) Brow shaping
Shape the eyebrows using any suitable product for this purpose.
3) Preparation of tinting mixture
Mix «Deep Brow Tint 2.0» eyebrow tint with 2% Oxidizing emulsion in a 1:1 ratio in a non-metallic container. If you need to deepen and intensify the colours of the main palette or create a new shade, use the corresponding «Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0» according to the mixing ratio below:
Eyebrow tint (49%) + oxidizing emulsion (49%) + booster concentrate (2%) = tinting mixture (100%)
NOTE! The colour of the tint in the bottle/tube may vary from light brown to black due to product exposure to air after opening the packaging. This variation is normal for the dyes used and does not affect the result of eyebrow tinting or the consistency of this result with repeated use of the same tinting mixture.
NOTE! The more booster concentrate used, the closer the final shade will be to the colour of the booster (blue or orange).
4) Eyebrow tinting
Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows according to the desired shape. Depending on the desired result, leave the tint on for 5-10 minutes. After the specified time, remove any excess tint using a cotton pad moistened with water. If the tint has gone beyond the desired shape, remove the excess with a cotton swab moistened with ÉLAN SKIN COLOR REMOVER.
5) Completing the eyebrow tinting procedure
To set the achieved result, apply ÉLAN COLOUR FIX to the eyebrows.
PRECAUTIONS
The oxidizing emulsion contains hydrogen peroxide. The eyebrow tint and booster concentrate contain p-Phenylenediamine, p-Phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), and resorcinol.
Before use, 48 hours prior, it is necessary to perform an allergy test: mix 2 drops of tint and oxidizing emulsion and apply the mixture to a small area of the skin on the elbow bend. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you can proceed with coloring.

Do not use the tint if you have:
– a rash on the face or sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp skin;
– experienced any reaction after hair coloring;
– had a reaction to black henna temporary tattoos in the past.
Use protective gloves. Avoid using metallic objects when working with the product. Do not apply to eyelashes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Thoroughly rinse off after application. In case of an allergic reaction, be sure to consult a dermatologist.
