ELAN professional line Eyebrow Tint Removing Expert System «BROW D-COLOR» Emulsion 2
The «BROW D-COLOR» system works only with Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 taken together. None of the emulsions can be replaced, nor can they be used separately.
This system is developed to remove accumulated dark chemical pigment from the eyebrows. It does not affect the natural pigment of the eyebrow hairs.

Eyebrow tint removing expert system:
- effectively removes the most saturated and darkest chemical pigment accumulated in the eyebrow hairs;
- solves the problem of «darkening» of eyebrow hairs as a result of tinting;
- does not affect the natural pigment;
- can be used for both partial and complete colour correction.
Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 do not contain ammonia or persulfates.
NOTE! It is highly recommended to consult an ELAN professional line brand technologist before performing the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure.
Expiration period: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 6 months.
Analyse a client's eyebrow hair condition.
Specify the processing time and application scheme of the emulsions according to the analysis of the amount of synthetic dye accumulated in the hairs of the eyebrows and the desired eyebrow shade.
Complete colour removal. To remove the accumulated synthetic dye from the eyebrow hairs and the skin, use Emulsion 1 and Emulsion 2 at a ratio of 1:1. The processing time is 5-15 minutes.
Colour correction. To remove the accumulated synthetic dye from the eyebrow hairs only and to preserve the colour on the skin, apply the argan oil cream by TM ELAN professional line to the skin around the eyebrows. Use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1 by TM ELAN professional line.
Colour correction for creating a warm or cool undertone:
- To create a colour with a cool undertone, use the oxidising emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line when the 2nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished (see Directions).
- To create a colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidising emulsion 3% by TM ELAN professional line when the 2nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished (see Directions).
Stage 1.
Mix Emulsion 1 with Emulsion 2 in the proportion of 1:1 in a non-metallic container, and apply the mixture to the eyebrows with a brush. Exposure time: 5-15 minutes (depending on the condition of the eyebrow hairs and the desired result).
Stage 2.
As the exposure time expires, apply the cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with a bactericidal effect by ÉLAN. Remove the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.
Note: Evaluate the achieved result. If the desired result has not been achieved, apply the freshly-prepared mixture to the eyebrows and leave for another 2-5 minutes.
Stage 3.
Use «COLOUR FIX» colour-fixing fluid with keratin and sunflower oil» to achieve the result.
To create a colour with a cool undertone, apply the oxidising emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line to the eyebrows when the 2nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. The processing time is 3-5 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the excess oxidising emulsion using a cotton pad moistened with water.
To create a colour with a warm undertone, do not use the oxidising emulsion 3% by ТМ ELAN professional line on the eyebrows when the 2nd Stage of the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure is finished. Move straight to the 3rd Stage of the procedure.
In the 3rd Stage it is better to use «ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour-fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for better results. The product does not require rinsing off.
Eyebrow synthetic dye removal post-procedure recommendations
It is not recommended to perform the henna eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow synthetic dye removal procedure.
