ELAN professional line Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder
The Ultramarine Powder by TM ELAN professional line:
- reduces the likelihood of an unwanted yellow tinge on bleached hairs;
- contains a conditioning liquidum complex;
- provides maximum protection and care for the eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure.
Expiration period: 24 months.
Period after opening (PAO): 12 months.
LIGHT technique: the eyebrow hair bleaching up to 1-2 colour levels (without the eyebrow tinting)
Determining the thickness and condition of the client’s eyebrows
1. Mix «Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder» with 3% oxidising emulsion by ÉLAN in the proportion of 1:3 (1 part of the powder and 3 parts of the oxidising emulsion).
2. Apply the lightening mixture to thicker hairs first, and then spread it over the entire eyebrow with a brush.
3. Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes.
4. If the desired result has been achieved, wash off the mixture using a cotton pad moistened with water.
If you need a lighter colour, repeat the procedure.
It is highly recommended to use « ELAN professional line COLOUR FIX : colour-fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» as a care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.
NOTE! In case of repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the mixture to the deep eyebrow hair roots only using a thin make-up brush (for example, ELAN professional line professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #1).
INTENSE technique: the eyebrow hair bleaching up to 3-5 colour levels
1. Mix «Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder» with 3% oxidising emulsion by TM ÉLAN professional line in the proportion of 1:2 (1 part of the powder and 2 parts of the oxidising emulsion).
2. Apply the lightening mixture to thicker hairs first, and then spread it over the entire eyebrow with a brush.
3. Depending on the desired result and hair thickness, leave the mixture for 5-15 minutes.
4. If the desired result has been achieved, wash off the lightening mixture using a cotton pad moistened with water.
If you need a lighter colour, repeat the procedure.
5. To complete the chemical reaction, apply, to the eyebrows, the cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with a bactericidal effect by ÉLAN. Wash off the foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.
Note: If, after the completion of the lightening procedure, it is necessary to make the hair colour more saturated, use, for toning, the ÉLAN brow gel tint colour «03 medium brown» with the oxidiser, following the instructions.
1. Mix ÉLAN gel tint, the oxidiser and the protective argan oil cream «SKIN PROTECTOR» in the proportion of 1:1:4 (1 part of the gel tint, 1 part of the oxidiser and 4 parts of the argan oil cream).
2. Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows and leave for 1-2 minutes. Following this, wash the mixture off the eyebrows using a cotton pad moistened with water.
3. To fix the achieved result, apply «COLOUR FIX colour-fixing fluid with keratin and sunflower oil» to the eyebrows.
NOTE! It is not recommended to perform the traditional eyebrow tinting after the eyebrow bleaching procedure. In case of using the eyebrow tint and the oxidant in the ratio 1:1, the eyebrow hairs will become black!
