Set contents:

1. The expert system «BROW FixUP» Step 1 (10 ml) — 1 pcs;
2. The expert system «BROW FixUP» Step 2 (10 ml) — 1 pcs;
3. «Brow ELIXIR» professional eyebrow concentrate (10 ml) — 1 pcs.

The keratin-based complex in Step 1 protects the protein structures of the eyebrow hair during the lamination procedure. At the same time, urea, part of the natural moisturizer, maintains the necessary moisture and protects the hair against dryness and damage.

NOTE! Over time, Step 1 may turn yellow due to the particularities of cysteamine hydrochloride. A sulfur odour is also acceptable.

NOTE! It is strongly recommended to consult the ELAN Professional Brand Technologist before proceeding with the eyebrow lamination procedure.

Step 2 is enriched with the nourishing complex of cationic and wetting agents that delivers a conditioning effect on the hair, adds shine, and leaves the skin feeling soft.

The concentrate is enriched with the natural oil complex: monoi, coconut, avocado, rosa canina, olive, arctium, argan, and maize, which gives a powerful moisturizing, regenerating, soothing and protective effect on the skin after the eyebrow lamination procedure. Oils also protect against dryness and damage to hair and make them stronger. In addition, vitamin E brings important antioxidant properties to the concentrate. As a result, hair becomes much more elastic. As a result, brow hairs are easier to set up and preserve the shape of your eyebrows. In addition, the skin is protected against drying and dehydration.

NOTE! Brow ELIXIR has the ability to freeze at low temperatures. It is a natural product condition under the effect of a low temperature. Place the product at room temperature if it is frozen, place it at room temperature, and allow it to melt. 

Low-temperature storing of Brow ELIXIR is not recommended.

1. Analyse the eyebrow hair condition of a client

Specify the processing time of the eyebrow lamination solutions according to the instructions below:

1st type: the eyebrow hairs are thick and spiky, not having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 12-15 minutes;

2nd type: the eyebrow hairs are of medium thickness, and are natural and healthy, having undergone chemical procedures earlier (the eyebrow tinting or bleaching procedures) – processing time is 6-12 minutes.

2. Prepare the eyebrows for the lamination procedure

Use «ÉLAN professional line cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» for the skin and hair degreasing before the eyebrow lamination procedure.

3. Create the eyebrow shape (Step 1)

- Apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream by TM ÉLAN professional line to the eyebrows, and a thicker layer to the skin around the eyebrows. It is recommended to use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #4 by TM ÉLAN professional line.

- Apply Step 1 to the eyebrows. The processing time is 6-15 minutes. It is recommended to use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #3 by TM ÉLAN professional line.

Cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film to enhance the solution effect. The processing time is 3-15 minutes. When the processing time is finished, remove the film and brush the hairs carefully, setting them in the right direction. Check the hair condition. Cover the eyebrow area with the film again and leave it to develop for 3-5 minutes, if needed.

NOTE! The maximum processing time should not exceed the processing time for the selected eyebrow hair type.

- When the processing time is finished, remove the excess solution using a cotton pad moistened with water.

4. Fix the eyebrow hair direction (Step 2)

– Apply a thin layer of the argan oil cream by TM ÉLAN professional line to the eyebrows, and a thicker layer to the skin around the eyebrows. It is recommended to use the professional make-up brush BLACKWOOD #4 by TM ÉLAN professional line.

– Apply and spread Step 2 on the eyebrows, setting the hairs carefully in the right direction. Cover the eyebrow area carefully with the special plastic film to enhance the solution effect.

NOTE! The processing time at the 4th stage should be equal to the processing time at the 3rd stage of creating the eyebrow shape. It is not permitted to reduce the processing time.

NOTE! The processing time of Step 2 must be the same as the processing time of Step 1.

– When the processing time is finished, remove the excess solution using a cotton pad moistened with water.

– Apply «ELAN professional line cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect» to the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction. Remove foam using a cotton pad moistened with water.

5. Fixing the result after the lamination procedure

Use «ÉLAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour-fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for better results, if the eyebrow tinting procedure is not planned, when the lamination procedure is finished.

Apply the tinting mixture immediately after using «ÉLAN professional line cleansing Detox-Mousse for eyebrows and eyelashes with antibacterial effect», if the eyebrow tinting procedure is planned, when the lamination procedure is finished.

NOTE! It is necessary to take into consideration that the eyebrow hair colour is supposed to be brighter and appear faster on the hairs when the eyebrow tinting procedure is performed.

– Use « ÉLAN professional line COLOUR FIX: colour-fixing fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower seed oil» for better results after the eyebrow tinting procedure.

NOTE! The eyebrow shaping must be performed only when the eyebrow lamination procedure is finished. It is highly recommended to use the eyebrow tweezers in order to avoid serious skin damage.

Eyebrow lamination procedure aftercare recommendations

It is not recommended to perform the henna eyebrow tinting and the eyebrow bleaching because the result can be highly unpredictable: the hair structure can be damaged (dry and dull hairs), which can cause hair fragility and loss.

It is highly recommended to avoid saunas, solariums and any mechanical damage of the created eyebrow shape (e.g. sleeping face down on the pillow) for 24 hours after the eyebrow lamination procedure.

It is highly recommended to avoid using aggressive cosmetic products and undergoing aggressive cosmetic procedures (scrubs, face peels, alcohol-based lotions, laser treatments) for 48 hours after the eyebrow lamination procedure.
